A few new features

Ladies and Gents some cool new features have arrived on the network. We now added support for .net applications such as ASP.net which will allow even more capabilities to your production (though MS SQL server is not avialable though our current services). This service is brought to you by mono.

We have also updated our web server (Apache) to a newer version (2.0 to 2.2), while also updating the PHP to 5.2.9 with option Suhosin support for a more hardened PHP enviroment.

That is correct people auto install for Ruby on Rails is now in your control panel. Have fun with this, we are excited to offer these services. If you need help just drop us a line using one of the support methods.

This month we give our Kudos to Steven Wilson for his first solo single and music video “Harmony Korine”. Wicked job on the production Lasse! Support is now online via Zendesk

We believe in quality support and Zendesk provides us with that. Contact us with your problems at support@noisynature.net which will automatically generate your account and your support ticket. You can then create a password for your account or create your account at our Zendesk. Please make the title and description fit your problem, you can even attach images files that could help us provide a quicker solution (though we suggest you login to the Zendesk platform for that).

Once you created a ticket you will be emailed all the updates accordingly via email or you can access/create your account at our Zendesk. We hope you enjoy this service, we are also available to discuss support issues at our support forum.

We’re alive

After some time in the setup phase we are up and running. Although we are still in a BETA stage, our servers are now ready for public use.

Keep a eye on our Twitter account for frequent updates.

As of now server1 is up and running with no problems which is connected with server2 and server3 for consistent backup. All services from our control panel are now operational with the exception of user applied SSL certificates, if you wish to have a cert issued please contact our staff.
